1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sentry Reports ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sentry provides operations intelligence tools for pay-per-call businesses, including automated reporting, performance monitoring, AI-powered analytics, and team management.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. AI Features

AI-powered features use third-party models (Anthropic Claude). Your operational data is sent to these providers for analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
