We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, username), organization information, and operational data you upload (CSV reports, call records). We also collect usage data (page views, feature usage, IP addresses) automatically.

When you use AI features, your operational data is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's usage policies and is not used to train their models. You can disable AI features by choosing a plan without AI access.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded CSVs are processed and may be purged after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
We encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit. API keys and credentials are encrypted using application-level encryption. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

We use session cookies for authentication and a preference cookie for theme selection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
